Indiana’s Fernando Mendoza earned his second Golden Arm Player of the Week honor by leading the unbeaten Hoosiers to a 30-20 upset of third-ranked Oregon in Eugene. Mendoza, who also picked up a POW in week 5, completed 20 of 31 passes for 215 yards and a touchdown against the Ducks.
