Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders earns Week 1 Dunbar Security Solutions Player of the Week honors for 2024 season

Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders led the Buffalos to a 31-26 opening-game win over North Dakota State to earn Dunbar Security Solutions Player of the Week honors.

The 6’-2”, 215-lb. senior completed 77% (26-34) of his passes for 445 yards and four touchdowns in the win over the Football Championship Subdivision powerhouse Bison.

Next, Sanders and Colorado travel to Lincoln for a September 7 showdown with the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
